Integrating Social Commerce Constructs into Mobile Application Service; A Structural Equation Model

The emergence and accelerated rise of digital computing smartphones have rendered the advent social commerce (S-commerce). S-commerce models such as location-based apps, media are founded on mobile commerce. According to many professionals academics, has a major influence e-commerce firms organisations. Although provides enterprises benefits, its implementation may entail some potential risks complex issues, integration new existing application systems. To confirmed this study adopted Hajli (2015) construct (including rating review, forum community, recommendation referral) tested how it affects consumers' purchase intention. It also proposed support moderator obtain findings. In addition, collect primary data, an online survey method was used distributed Shopee customers via electronic questionnaire. PLS-SEM analysis using SmartPLS 3.0 program tool implemented evaluate measurement structural models. result revealed that ratings reviews, forums communities, recommendations referrals) had different effects consumer intentions through application.
